As a key member of our construction team, Melissa specializes in installation and construction oversight, customer service excellence, project management, and HR administration. Her multifaceted role ensures that every project runs smoothly from start to splash, coordinating the many moving pieces that transform your backyard dreams into reality.

When it comes to pools, Melissa knows what she loves – fiberglass pools with a large tanning ledge. “It’s the perfect setup,” she explains. “I can relax on my lounger while still being right there in the water with my grandchildren. It’s the best of both worlds for family fun and relaxation.”
