Sauna: A small room used as a hot-air or steam bath for cleaning and refreshing the body. There are traditional and infrared saunas on the market and they can be installed both inside and outside the home. While some feature a basic design, many on the market have all the bells and whistles that cater to current technologies (flat screen TVs, DVD players, MP3 players, automation, etc.)
